Problem-solving & communication She has hearing disability, but that did not stop her from trying to get a job. She started to learn sign-language and English, and through this skills, she can then get trained to become a barista. When starting her job, there were challenges she faced with communicating with her colleagues, but she did not give up and tried to figure out how to work with her colleauges. In the future, she wants to own a coffee shop where she could hire other people with disabilities to work, so that they can be empowered.
